Fixed scope, real craft

ALN | Video Essentials

One film, one clear brief, one honest price
— up front.

The simplest way to work with ALN. Pick the film you need — image, recruitment, product, testimonial, memory, tutorial, or social — and get a fixed brief, a fast rhythm, and a price you can see before you commit. The same crew discipline behind our documentaries, just scoped to a single, buyable piece.

§ II / VIIThe lineup

§ choose the film you need

Seven film types, each clear enough to buy.

Productized for buying clarity, not for visual sameness. Each one keeps a clear brief, a controlled production rhythm, and enough craft to feel specific to you. Prices are honest starting points — the final figure depends on crew, locations, and how many language versions you need.

Brand & company

Image film

The one film that says who you are. A confident 60–120 second piece for your homepage, sales deck, and social — built around one clear idea, not a list of features.

  • 60–120 sec
  • 16:9 + vertical cutdown
  • Homepage & social

§ III / VIIWays to buy

§ three ways to buy

Buy one, a set, or a cadence.

Start with a single film, plan a consistent set, or settle into a monthly rhythm — same crew, same standards, no retainer lock-in unless you want one.

Essentials Single

One video, one cutdown, one platform version. Brief → shoot → edit → delivery in about three weeks for a straightforward brief. The simplest way in.

Most chosen

Essentials Series

Four videos, eight cutdowns, one consistent visual language, planned over 6–8 weeks. Builds a real content library without a retainer commitment.

Essentials Retainer

A monthly cadence: two videos and four cutdowns per month, a growing brand library, and guaranteed capacity. One recurring brief, no re-negotiation.

§ IV / VIIHow it runs

§ brief to delivery

Five steps, and a date that holds.

Productized doesn't mean impersonal — it means the path is the same every time, so nothing drifts. You fill in a short brief, we lock a shoot date and a delivery date at kickoff, and we hold them. Two written feedback rounds are built in.

  1. 01

    Brief

A structured one-page document we send first. You fill it in, we read it. No discovery call unless the scope genuinely needs one.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

A 30-minute call to resolve open questions, lock the shoot date, and agree the brand reference frame — and the delivery date.

  3. 03

    Shoot day

A lean two-person crew, tested gear, and pre-planned shots. A short production note lands in your inbox the same evening.

  4. 04

    Edit

A rough-cut link within five business days, then two written feedback rounds. The lock date is set at kickoff — it doesn't drift.

  5. 05

    Delivery

The final file, platform cutdowns, and captions, handed over via a shared drive with a naming convention you can reuse. You own every file.

§ V / VIIReal craft

§ the anti-template rule

Productized to buy, crafted so it isn't generic.

The offer is fixed for buying clarity — not for visual sameness. Every Video Essential gets a real shoot, controlled light, clean location sound, and a colour grade that fits your brand. These are real ALN setups: an office interview, a studio cyc, an industrial plant, a seaside two-camera rig. Productized in price, specific in craft.

A white-cyclorama studio set lit for a product shoot: a softbox overhead, a flag, and a product staged on a table.
A two-camera seaside interview: a subject framed between two cameras and a boom mic, with a reflector and the beach behind.
A corporate shoot at an industrial plant: a camera on a tripod and a reflector set up in front of green storage silos under a clear sky.

Clear edges.

So nothing surprises you, here's what a Video Essential does not include — tell us in the brief if you need any of it and we'll scope it separately:

  • Brand or channel strategy — that's ALN Media.
  • Scriptwriting beyond the supplied brief.
  • Music licensing for commercial distribution (quoted separately).
  • Social publishing or scheduling of the cutdowns.
  • Photography on the shoot day.
  • Storage of raw footage beyond 90 days.
§ VI / VIIHonest answers

§ frequently asked

The questions everyone asks first.

01How fast can a Video Essential be delivered?

A straightforward brief moves in about three weeks, and simpler pieces in two. Multi-location, multilingual, or stakeholder-heavy work needs a longer schedule — we set the realistic date at kickoff and hold it.

02How many revision rounds are included?

Two written feedback rounds are included in every Video Essential. A third can be added for a flat fee, scoped before the lock date — no open-ended revision spiral.

03Can I add language versions?

Yes. Polish, English, and German are the base. Additional language stems (Italian, French, others) are scoped in the brief phase and priced per language. The language plan is locked before the shoot day — never retrofitted at the end.

04What keeps a series of films looking consistent?

The first video establishes the colour grade, frame ratio, music direction, and title-card template. Every later film in the series follows that same reference — so you never brief from scratch and the set hangs together.

05Can this be done remotely, without a shoot?

Some pieces can — a screen-capture tutorial, for example. But anything with people, places, products, or events deserves a proper shoot day. We'll tell you honestly in the brief which one yours is.

§ VII / VIIIf it's bigger

§ if it's actually bigger than one film

Need more than one clean film?

Video Essentials is the entry lane on purpose. If your brief is really an ongoing programme, a live event, or a full documentary, here's where it belongs.

ALN Media — a monthly cadence

Need two or more videos a month with strategy, social publishing, and reporting on top? That's an ALN Media retainer, not a one-off Essential.

ALN LIVE — a single event

A conference, concert, or screening that needs multi-camera capture and a same-day social highlight? That's a LIVE brief, with its own multi-camera rig.

Film Production — a full documentary

If your story wants 30–60 minutes, archive, and real editorial depth — not a short promo — that's Film Production, where we scope the whole thing on a call.
