Advisory runs at €150–300/hr; scoped project engagements run from €15k to €80k depending on depth. We agree the shape on the first call.
What this includes — and what it does not
Hourly advisory covers a working diagnosis of your operations and a written set of recommendations. A project engagement adds the build: pipelines, automations, documentation and team training. It does not cover ongoing software licences, paid AI model usage or third-party subscriptions (those stay in your name), and it is not a managed service unless you ask us to stay on as a maintenance partner.
What we need from you
A named point of contact who can answer questions within a day or two, access to the tools and accounts we are mapping, a decision-maker available for the key calls, and an honest look at how the work actually runs today — including the messy parts. The more candid the access, the faster the diagnosis.
01How long does an engagement take?
Most engagements run four to eight weeks from kickoff to handover, depending on how many workflows we rebuild. A short hourly diagnosis can be done in a week or two.
02What is not part of the work?
We do not resell software, manage your subscriptions or take over your day-to-day operations. We build the systems and train your people to run them; the licences and accounts stay in your name.
03Who owns what you build?
You do. You own the workflows, the documentation and the training material outright. ALN can stay on as a maintenance partner or hand everything to your team in-house.
04Is there support after handover?
Yes, if you want it. We can stay on a light retainer to maintain and extend the systems, or step away entirely once your team is confident running them.
05How does pricing work?

06Will this just be another tool nobody uses?
That is the failure we design against. We build the first workflows with your team, not for them, and leave documentation and training so the system survives without us in the room.
