Build the internal media machine, then teach the team to run it.
Studio setup, content formats, roles, production calendar, review gates, file structure, publishing cadence, and reporting for organisations that want long-term media output without permanent agency dependency.
From CV proof to offer
Large-team coordination
Built from 30-person communications leadership, festival-scale pressure, broadcasters, public stakeholders, and deadline-driven production.
Rapid content output
Short-form systems for event days, social growth, founder content, internal knowledge, and post-event afterlife.
Independent handoff
The point is not to keep the client dependent. The point is to leave a workflow, templates, folder logic, and roles that the company can run.
Scope: what is in, what is out
From €6.5k we set up the studio approach, the content formats, the production calendar, the review steps, the file structure and the roles, and we train your team to run it. We do not become your permanent in-house team, supply ongoing camera crews month after month, or buy your equipment for you — the system is built so you keep producing once we step back, with ALN available for the harder shoots if you want it.
What we need from you
The people who will actually make the content — not just a manager — available for the setup, a point of contact who can decide on formats and approvals, access to your existing material and channels, and an honest picture of how much your team can realistically produce each week. We design the calendar around your real capacity, not a fantasy of it.
01How long does the setup take?
Most setups run four to eight weeks from kickoff to the point where your team can produce on their own, depending on how many formats and roles we define.
02What is not included?
A permanent in-house team, monthly camera crews and equipment purchases sit outside the scope. We build the system and train your people; ALN can return for the harder shoots as a separate arrangement.
03Who owns the system once it is built?
You own the workflow, the templates, the folder logic and the documentation outright. The whole point is independence — ALN can stay as a partner or hand off entirely to your team in-house.
04What support is there after handover?
Optional. We can stay on a light retainer to refine formats and help with bigger productions, or step away once your team is producing confidently on its own.
05How does pricing work?
From €6.5k, with the final figure agreed on a scoping call once we know how many formats, roles and channels the system covers.
06Can a non-media team really run this?
Yes — that is who it is built for. The system comes from running 30-person communications under festival-scale pressure with broadcasters and public stakeholders, and it is designed so ordinary teams can keep it moving without a full studio behind them.
