Immersive video for spaces, events, and proof that should not disappear.
360 capture, virtual tours, event afterlife assets, and spatial documentation for cultural institutions, venues, exhibitions, factories, conferences, and premium brand spaces.
Strong use cases
Conference proof room
A sponsor, press, and sales asset that lets people revisit the room, speakers, stands, and atmosphere after the event.
Exhibition and venue archive
Useful when an exhibition closes, a venue needs sales proof, or a cultural institution wants a digital record beyond still photos.
Industrial and training walkthroughs
Factories, labs, and specialist spaces can explain process, safety, and capability without flying every stakeholder into the same room.
Not a gimmick layer.
360 only makes sense when the space itself carries information, trust, access, or sales value. If a normal film will work better, we say that before scope expands.

What a project covers — and what it does not
From €6.5k a project covers the on-site 360 capture, the editing and stitching, the interactive tour or finished immersive piece and delivery in a format you can host and share. It does not include the ongoing hosting bill, VR headsets or hardware, mapping a whole building beyond the agreed spaces, or unrelated standard film — if a normal video would serve you better, we say so before the scope grows.
What we need from you
Access to the space at a time when it looks the way it should, a contact who knows the venue and any rules around filming, clarity on which rooms or areas matter, and where the finished piece will live so we deliver it in the right format. For events, we need the run of show early enough to plan the capture.
01How long does it take?
From the shoot, most projects deliver within four to eight weeks, depending on how many spaces are captured and how interactive the final tour needs to be. Event capture is scheduled around the event itself.
02What is not included?
Ongoing hosting, VR headsets and hardware, mapping spaces beyond the agreed scope, and unrelated standard film sit outside the price. We deliver a file you can host yourself and advise on where to put it.
03Who owns the finished tour?
You own the finished deliverable outright and can host it wherever you like. ALN keeps the project files and can stay on to update it or hand everything over for your team to manage.
04How does pricing work?
From €6.5k, with the final figure agreed on a scoping call once we know how many spaces are captured and how interactive the finished piece needs to be.
05Do my visitors need a VR headset to view it?
No. The tours run in a normal web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A headset gives a richer experience but is never required to view the work.
06How do I know 360 is right for my space?
360 only earns its place when the space itself carries information, trust or sales value. On the scoping call we will tell you plainly if a normal film would serve you better and cost less.
