Annual impact reports for foundations, made to pass CSRD scrutiny.
EU foundations now publish impact the way listed companies publish financials — annually, comparably, on the record. We make the film and the data-grade B-roll that the report actually rests on, with the documentation auditors and regulators expect.
Foundations whose impact report is a regulatory deliverable.
CSRD has changed the room. The impact report is no longer a brochure — it's a document a Big-Four firm signs off and a regulator can review. The film and B-roll have to match that standard or they get cut from the report.
CSRD-affected EU foundations
Operating foundations crossing the CSRD thresholds. The film has to satisfy the assurance provider as well as the trustees.
Corporate-attached foundations
Foundations whose disclosures feed a parent company's sustainability statement. Material consistency matters more than emotional storytelling.
Family-office foundations
Private foundations where the family wants the report to read as both a regulator-ready document and a generational record. Both are possible.
Five years of cadence beats one viral moment.
We design impact reporting as a five-year cadence, not a one-off film. The first year is heavier — methodology, baseline interviews, archive setup. The next four years compound: same indicators, same locations, the slow line you can actually plot on a chart. That's what makes the report defensible.
Three artefacts per cycle, indexed for audit.
9-14 min
Annual report film
The main film embedded in the report PDF and the foundation's investor and donor pages. EN + the foundation's home language as a minimum.
indexed by KPI
Indicator B-roll library
Footage tagged by impact indicator and ESRS-style topic so the report writer can place visuals next to the right disclosure without back-and-forth.
audit-ready
Methodology dossier
Filming protocols, interview consent records, location logs, and audio transcripts — the paper trail the assurance provider asks for.

01Will this satisfy our CSRD assurance provider?
The methodology dossier we deliver is designed to satisfy limited assurance reviews. We've had it referenced by Big-Four practitioners; we can share the structure under NDA before contract.
02Can the report writer use the B-roll directly?
Yes. Each clip is tagged by impact indicator and the relevant ESRS or sector-specific topic, so the writer searches by disclosure, not by file name.
03What if our beneficiaries cannot appear on camera?
We work with backs-of-heads, hands, environments, and voice-only interviews — and we document the consent regime so the assurance provider can verify it. This is normal for health, child-welfare, and refugee work.
04Can we cancel mid-cadence?
Yes, each annual cycle is independently contracted. The cadence is a recommendation that compounds, not a lock-in.
05Do you work with our auditor and our communications agency at the same time?
Yes, and we recommend it. We sit in the methodology call with the auditor and the launch call with the agency — the same film survives both rooms because it was made for both rooms.
